Boris Bosnich BA, MBA, MAICD
Boris is a highly regarded business executive and director with over 30 years of experience in business ownership, direct investment and board roles. He has expertise and skills in the areas of corporate finance, capital raising, commercial operations, business development and general management. As a pragmatic and commercially-minded strategic thinker, Boris has a keen interest in developing an organisation’s sustainable growth potential and bringing inspired vision and innovation to reality.
Boris is an Honorary Adjunct Fellow (University of South Australia) holds a Bachelor of Economics degree (University of Adelaide) and an MBA (University of South Australia). He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Conor McKenna BA, GDBA, MBA(Adv)
Conor has nearly 30 years’ commercial experience, as an entrepreneur, strategic advisor and business owner. His last venture was sold to a US multi-national. Conor is responsible for setting the organisational strategic direction and management of the financial, commercial, operational and human resources aspects of the business.

Joanna Buttfield BAppSc(OT)(Hons), BA
Founder of Kid Sense, Joanna has more than 20 years’ experience as a paediatric Occupational Therapist and has been a business owner since 1998. A treating therapist, Joanna is responsible for managing the organisation’s clinical operations, as well as leading the clinical team.
A highly experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant, Rick Albertini is Managing Partner of Brentnalls SA. He works closely with the Managing Director on the strategic financial planning of the Kid Sense business.
Brentnalls SA is part of a national affiliation, with expertise, networks and resources to support clients achieving their financial goals. The Brentnalls SA team has a long and valued history of services to the medical and allied health professionals’ sector. The Medical and Allied Health Services division draws on its strong collective experience and depth of health industry knowledge. They are involved at state and national levels of the health sector, striving to remain abreast of changes and challenges.
People and businesses in the health sector have very specific tax, accounting and financial services needs, so Brentnalls SA ensure that whilst the medical or allied health professional is looking after people’s health, the team is helping look after the business’ financial health.
Their services assist in managing the ever changing complex and demanding environment of the sector. The majority of their work is providing education and strategic assistance to health businesses to address core issues; providing guidance and advice to improve viability and enhance growth potential.
Andrew Larsen BCS, MCS, MBA
Andrew is passionate about Australian entrepreneurship.
Andrew co-founded Perth’s tech-focused co-working space; SyncLabs and is the Investment Director at Larsen Ventures; an active investor in early-stage technology.
Andrew is a Venture Partner @ Tempus Partners, and a non-exec Director @ Healthengine and Education Horizons Group (EHG) and a counsellor @ the Australian Institute of Management in Western Australia (AIM WA).
Andrew is enthusiastically supportive of local innovation, and showcasing Australian technology on the world stage. Andrew is an active judge, mentor, and adviser within the Australian ecosystem.
He holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University (Vancouver, BC) along with a Master in Computer Security from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Western Australia.

Alexandra Grigg BFin, BEcon (Hons)
Alexandra is an Investment Analyst at Blue Sky Venture Capital with experience in private equity, financial analysis, business development, capital raising and IPOs.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Finance and a Bachelor of Economics (Hons.) from the University of Adelaide.

Paulette is the Managing Director of BespokeHR and is widely recognised as a leading expert in Human Resource Management. Paulette works with Kid Sense Child Development in addition to a number of other companies to help assist building happy, high performing and engaging workplaces that support people operating at their best.

Gerry Cawson – Legal Consultant
